Springfield residents Tanesha Bishop and Michal Compston welcomed their baby boy, Brennan, into the world at about 8:30am today at Springfield Regional Medical Center, eleven days earlier than expected. Brennan became the first child born to the area, and his parents are thrilled, if a little surprised. When discussing the birth, mother Tanesha had this to say: “I thought it went pretty quick,” she said. “It was well worth it.”
Baby Brennan, weighing 7.6 pounds and measured at about 21 inches, is the second child to be born to the couple, who also have a young daughter.
